Sidhu Basic Laboratory, located at Waterworks Road, opposite Raj CA, Kalanwali, is a diagnostic laboratory providing basic and routine laboratory testing services to the local community. The laboratory is focused on making essential diagnostic investigations conveniently accessible to patients, with attention to proper sample collection, handling, testing procedures, and patient support. It serves patients from Kalanwali and surrounding areas for their routine healthcare and diagnostic requirements.
The laboratory is run by Gurmeet Singh, DMLT, B.Sc. MLT, a trained medical laboratory professional. He is involved in the day-to-day functioning of the laboratory, including sample collection, processing, basic laboratory investigations, and maintaining appropriate laboratory practices. Sidhu Basic Laboratory provides commonly required tests such as blood, urine, sugar, haemoglobin, CBC, blood group, liver and kidney-related investigations, thyroid tests, lipid profile, HbA1c, and other routine diagnostic examinations, depending on availability.
Along with its basic laboratory services, Sidhu Basic Laboratory also serves as an authorised collection centre for Dr Lal PathLabs, AccuProbe, and LDPL, enabling patients to have samples collected locally for a wider range of diagnostic investigations.
